To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused).
It must have tags still attached and be in its original packaging.
You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To ensure you get the correct item, it’s best to return the item you have and once the return is approved, make a new purchase for the item you want.
If your purchase is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
